Marilá Dardot: Diário

Vermelho Gallery presents “Diário”, the exhibition by Marilá Dardot: between 8 and 30 January 2015, the artist realized a video each day arising from shocking headlines of Mexican newspapers. In the video of static framing, the artist appears writing with water the headlines on a great concrete wall that, warmed by the sun, disappears instantly. Dardot seems to leave a message on the ephemeral nature of the impact caused by the news.
