Miguel Rio Branco: Mécanique des Femmes, la Suite

In his last show at Silvia Cintra + Box 4, in 2013, renowned artist Miguel Rio Branco (b. 1946, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) exhibited photographs that approached the feminine in a soft and poetic manner. For his latest show, “Mécanique des Femmes, la Suite”, he proposes to further develop the theme, but now completely transforming the gallery space and bringing new materials to compose the show. Video, watercolours (a technique that the artist rarely exhibits), photos and assemblages can be seen in the exhibition, for which six new pieces were produced.
