Quadrinhos (Comic books)

The group exhibition Quadrinhos presents a retrospective about the ninth art, through a wide range of comic books and magazines, even very rare items, of all genres – superheroes, children, horror, adventure, romance, manga, western and many others . The exhibition is organized in thematic and immersive areas which explore the influence of comic books on pop culture and on other media, such ah cinema, radio an TV, and is enriched by a various program of activities.

Quadrinhos is curated by Ivan Freitas da Costa, founder of CCXP – Comic Con Experience (the biggest comic on in the world) and of the agency Chiaroscuro Studios, which represents more than fifty comic book artists.
