Sigularities/Notes: Rumos Visual Arts 1998-2013

Fifteen years: this is the period that Itaú Cultural will rescue in the visual arts through a revisiting of its most well-known sponsorship programme aimed at cultivating Brazilian national culture, Rumos.

From 28th August, the public will be able to see the exhibition “Sigularities/Notes: Rumos Visual Arts 1998-2013″ that shows the evolution of the arts in Brazil, through the work of 45 artists that participated in the Rumos Visual Arts and Art and Technology editions in these specific years.

Curated by the team of Aracy Amaral, Paulo Miyada and Regina Silveira, 10 of these selected artists will have open discussions with the public on themes that relate to the show, in seminars and workshops which will occur parallel to the exhibition.
