The Artist as Author / The Artist as Editor

The show analyses two important features of the contemporary artistic scene: the artist who creates and claims their registration as author and the artist moved by the opportunity to operate with existing files, recombining them to confer new meanings to existing reality.

The exhibition was curated by Tadeu Chiarelli, former director of MAC USP and currently director of Pinacoteca do Estado de São Paulo.
