SO.S (Sarubia Outreach & Support)

Sarubia Outreach & Support (SO.S) is a medium- and long-term artist support program that has been operated by Project Space SARUBIA since 2015. The program focuses on the enormous time and effort of artists hidden behind visual outcomes. This program supports the creative activities of artists in the medium- and long-term by providing an intensive discussion to share artists’ concerns and find the next steps with curators and various specialists in the art field.

Through the artist open-call process in April 2017, six artists in three groups (A-Hee Hyun Lee/Sang Hee Park, B-Insung Lee/Eun-Phil Cho, C-Bomin Kim/Byungsu Lee) were selected in total. This upcoming exhibition presents the outcomes of the SO.S 2017–18 program and enthusiastically waits for diverse feedback.
