Song Dong: I Don’t Know the Mandate of Heaven

Rockbund Art Museum (RAM) presents a solo exhibition by the Chinese artist Song Dong, curated by Liu Yingjiu and Xu Tiantian: “I Don’t Know the Mandate of Heaven”. The show displays some of the artist’s best-known works, and others especially commissioned by RAM. Song Dong’s exhibition transforms the entire Museum’s building inside and outside, and it’s divided into seven chapters, each represented by a Chinese character, which together form a line of verse.
