Kray Chen: I’m a Steamroller Baby

Esplanade presents a site-specific multi-channel audio and video installation by the artist Kray Chen, entitled “I’m a steamroller baby”on view from 13 January to 2 April 2017.

The project shows his memories when he was enlisted in the National Service as an obese recruit, and often he sang this eponymous cadence on a run or a march.
