Albrecht Schnider, Mònica Subidé, and Leunora Salihu explore Form, Absence, and Space
Pelaires Gallery presents solo exhibitions by Albrecht Schnider, Mònica Subidé, and Leunora Salihu at Art Palma Brunch, exploring form, absence, and space.
Pelaires Gallery in Palma de Mallorca presents three solo exhibitions for Art Palma Brunch, featuring works by Albrecht Schnider, Leunora Salihu, and Mònica Subidé. The exhibitions will be open from March 22 through May, with the opening event taking place on March 22 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Swiss artist Albrecht Schnider showcases Echoes of Form, a selection of acrylic works on canvas and paper. His compositions balance spontaneity and precision, exploring the interplay of shape, perception, and negative space. His work is included in major collections such as Kunsthaus Zurich and Kunstmuseum Bern.
Mònica Subidé presents Espai per a l’Absència, a series of expressive collages on linen and paper, curated by Saša Bogojev. Her evocative paintings blend abstract and figurative elements, emphasizing emotion and absence. A graduate of the Centre d’Art Massana, she has exhibited internationally in Brussels, Berlin, and Madrid.
Leunora Salihu’s sculptural installation in the gallery’s patio features four large-format ceramic works. Her practice merges organic and industrial aesthetics, creating dynamic structures that challenge spatial perception. Originally from Kosovo, Salihu has exhibited at the Lehmbruck Museum and K21 Kunstsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Pelaires continues to highlight innovative contemporary art, offering a compelling experience through these three exhibitions. Mònica Subidé will be present for the installation, providing visitors a unique opportunity to engage with her work.
