Daiga Grantina: Notes on Kim Lim

The exhibition explores the artistic dialogue between Kim Lim and Daiga Grantiņa, focusing on their abstract sculptures and works on paper that connect art to nature. Both artists’ pieces share qualities of mutability and elasticity, yet their differences create a dynamic tension. Presented in Switzerland for the first time, the show is complemented by contributions from photographer Katalin Deer, poet Ilma Rakusa, and sound artist Anna Zaradny, offering a multi-layered perspective on Lim’s work. Curated by Daiga Grantina and Stefanie Gschwend, the exhibition is not a retrospective but a fresh artistic exploration.
