NOXTE: Physique

NOXTE: Physique groups thirteen projects by fifteen artists, combining different media such as photography, installation, fashion design, volumes, sounds, and mixed media. The pieces play with the topic of the body, as main agent of distinction,  and with the boundaries that frame it, at the same time challenging them to pursue a liberation of the body itself.

The idea to reflect on the body and its role in contemporary society is at the basis of the exhibition and of the selection of works: the objects that lost their original function for their were merely used decoratively; similar to body itself that is now an old-fashioned entity, falling to pieces in different frameworks.
