With the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) and the blending of virtual and real worlds, cutting-edge technologies have rapidly reshaped daily life. This shift, accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, highlights the long-standing link between art and technology, particularly in computer and video art. While AI and game engines offer new creative possibilities, generative AI also raises concerns, drawing attention across industries, including contemporary art.
“Machine Love” explores AI, game engines, and virtual reality (VR) in contemporary art, alongside generative AI’s potential to surpass human creativity. These works use digital datasets to reimagine aesthetics, identity, and hyperreal landscapes, addressing themes of life, death, ethics, and the environment.
By showcasing machine-human collaborations and immersive installations, the exhibition invites reflection on technology’s emotional impact—love, fear, empathy, and beyond. Step into a space where reality and the virtual merge to imagine new ways forward.
