Dana Awartani: I went away and forgot you

Dana is a Saudi-Palestinian artist who grew up in Jeddah where she lives and works. She studied at the Central Saint Martin College of Arts and Design in London and then took a master at Prince College in traditional art. In her works she respects Islamic traditions, for example she uses only pigments produced by plants or stones.
