Petrit Halilaj

Fondazione Mario Merz, on occasion of the Mario Merz Prize – 2nd Edition Finalists Exhibition, presents a show by the artist Petrit Halilaj. The exhibition consists in some new site specific sculptures from his ongoing project “ABETARE” that was presented for the first time in 2015 at the Kölnischer Kunstverein in Cologne. His steel works are representing in huge dimensions, drawings and sketches made by the students of the primary school in Runik, where the artist was born.

The finalists of the Mario Merz Prize – 2nd Edition Art Section are: Francesco Arena, Petrit Halilaj, Gili Lavy, Shahryar Nashat and Suha Traboulsi.
