Uriel Orlow: What Plants Were Called Before They Had a Name

PAV Torino, Via Giordano Bruno 31

After his solo show at Castello di Rivoli in 2015, Marco Scotini brings Uriel Orlow on show at PAV Torino.
The project lies in the research line that PAV devotes to Western oppression and the indigenous resistance strategies in the colonial context, a path traced by “Vegetation As a Political Agent” (2014) to “La Macchina Estrattiva” (2017), in which Uriel Orlow’s work involves a long-term investigation term on the South African scenario.
