David Horvitz: 435 Ponti e qualche scorciatoia
The project involves the public spaces of the city of Venice during the 58th International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia. The intervention by David Horvitz is the second chapter of “3 Easy Pieces”, cycle of artistic events set up in Venetian public spaces, inspired by the Fluxus movement’s ways of action and produced by Lab’Bel.
David Horovitz’s “435 Ponti e qualche scorciatoia” consists of a nocturnal walk throughout the city and its 435 bridges, performed over the entire course of the Art Biennale. During its wanderings in the city, the artist will activate projects in collaboration with local guides, musicians, artisans and other inhabitants of Venice.
The project will be inaugurated on May 7, 8, 9, 2019, during the inaugural week of Venice Art Biennale.
