Le Stanze del Vetro presents a retrospective of the glass furnishings of the legendary FontanaArte.
Le Stanze del Vetro, Isola di San Giorgio Maggiore 8
The exhibition presents a critical retrospective of the glass furnishings of the legendary Milanese company, through a scan of the creative repertoire and production periods of the four great artistic directors: Gio Ponti, Pietro Chiesa, Max Ingrand and Gae Aulenti. Each room focuses on a deepening of each of the designers, and the exhibition path culminates in a suite furnished in the style of FontanaArte that evoke a Milanese apartment.
The exhibition is designed by the architect Massimiliano Locatelli.
