Hovering
The group exhibition Hovering presents thirteen international artists who express themselves using the languages of painting, installation, video, photography, drawing, and sculpture. Their works reflect on the concept of liminality, metamorphosis, and the sense of suspension inherent in interstitial states of being and becoming, completion and incompleteness, and latency and expression. The individual body is understood as a network of significances. It is a prototype, a para-space, a frontier, a hybrid interface decolonized from preconceptions, and it constitutes the starting point of this exhibition’s research, underlining the intrinsic value of the indefinite as a space of philosophical investigation, but also as an existential and kinetic position.
