The work stems from the artist’s need to find a place where, not only to settle physically, but also emotionally. For Lorenzo Passi, art is a creative process in continuous movement and glass is not simply a medium used to create objects or sculptures, but it is the main subject of his work. The act of blowing is conceived as a flow of energy that flows from the artist’s creative self to the piece itself. Basically, research and experimentation through the union of multiple materials become the narrative of his reading of the world and of his willingness to transmit it. Sometimes he delves into memory, both subjective and objective, through recognizable objects. Other times he is inspired by dreams or nature, or even by alienation in its various forms
