Note to Self

“Note to Self” is an exhibition by Charlie Hamish Jeffery cureted byMarie de Brugerolle at Window/Finestra, a non-for-profit window space for a singular work or installation, with a 24 hours viewing through storefront window.

Jeffery’s work is animated by contrary moods and strengths, oscillating between painting, film, performance, video and sculpture taking on multiple forms. Paintings are rubbed together or made from leftovers. Text and language are used generously while growth, contamination and dispersion, dissolution, uncertainty and irresolution, perform roles in his work.
