Pae White: Qwalala

On the occasion of the 57th International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia, Le Stanze del Vetro presents, in the gardens in front of the space, a monumental new sculpture by the American artist Pae White: “Qwalala”. Made of solid glass-bricks, the piece is a curving wall, referring in its title, which literally means “coming down water place”, to the meandering flow of the Gualala river in Northern California.
