Reflections on Brancusi

In 2026, marking the 150th anniversary of Constantin Brancusi’s birth, Galerie Negropontes inaugurates Reflections on Brancusi, a curatorial cycle unfolding across three exhibitions in Venice and Paris. The project offers a contemporary re-examination of the sculptor’s legacy through a dialogue between the gallery’s artists and designers and Dan Er. Grigorescu’s photographic corpus. The Venetian chapter brings together contemporary practices around emblematic images, generating formal, material, and sensorial correspondences that resonate with Brancusi’s artistic language.
