Seo. Lost and Found

Seo‘s unique signature rice paper collages have gathered worldwide admiration; moreover, her spatial and sound installations and her sensitive handling of new materials have made the 1977-born Korean a player in international art.

In the exhibition, specially curated by Christoph Tannert for the Spazio Punch space, the artist focuses on her migration between cultures, once again and with a completely fresh approach. In these much-reduced collages, the dealings of man with his environment and the dangers of equalization and globalization are addressed, in addition to the subject matter of reflection and contemplation, returning anew to the forefront of the aesthetic idea.
