Preferirei di no. Lo spazio utopico della rappresentazione

The exhibition features the final works by the fifteen young artists recipients of the ateliers of Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa, located throughout Venice. Under the curatorship of Stefano Cecchetto, the artists worked on their residence’s final assignment focusing on the topic of space as a place of representation, from the surface of the canvas to other imaginary dimensions until the environment’s issues.

“SPAZIO/AMBIENTE/LUOGO. L’artista e l’opera nello spazio della rappresentazione” features works by Giacomo Bianco, Simone Carraro, Francesco Casati, Stefano Cescon, Giulia Deganello, Rémi Deymier, Elena Della Corna, Giuseppe Di Liberto, Jingge Dong, Bruno Fantelli, Angela Grigolato, Sara Manzan, Jared Munn, Laura Omacini, Edoardo Ongarato, Camilla Pintonato, Federica Zanlucchi, Alessandro Zonta. Their pieces are integrated by works by the international masters Vincenzo Agnetti, Candida Hofer, Wim Wenders, Mario Nanni, Alessandro Sambini, Antoni Muntadas, Jacopo Negretti, Giovanni Bellini (Bottega), Saverio Rampin, Ed Ruscha.
