Venezia e lo Studio Glass Americano

Curated by Tina Oldknow and  William Warmus, curators of modern and contemporary glass at Corning Museum of Glass in New York, the exhibition highlights the landscape of art and design in American contemporary glass, presenting impactful pieces, both traditional and innovative.

With 155 pieces among vases, sculptures and glass installations created by 60 American and Italian artists, this exhibition is the first to closely analyse the influence that the aesthetic and the techniques used in the Venetian tradition had on the American Studio Glass, from the ’60s onwards.
