Wang Haiyang: Love Dart

Wang Haiyang in his solo exhibition Love Dart, uses the media of oil painting, watercolour, and video to portray a vast range of subjects and objects imbued with ambiguous potentialities, and which exist in a constant state of transformation, exchange of energy, passion, and desire. Wang Haiyang investigates ideas of change, sexuality, pleasure, and instinctuality in order to convey an experience devoid of any judgement, which transcends binary logic, producing a constant state of fluidity between different identities, species, and genders.
