Verena Pfisterer: Super8 films

As a special project for Berlin Gallery Weekend, EXILE is pleased to present rarely-screened Super8 films by Verena Pfisterer (1941-2013). These films, edited together by Pfisterer under the title Aktionen an Arbeiten von Verena Pfisterer have been transferred to 16mm and are set in context with a special room installation of works by the artist. The included objects, drawings, sculptures, furnishings and textiles are selected and arranged by Pfisterer’s son Boris Wagner and will give an insight on how Pfisterer saw her works integrated into their daily life.

This project is part of the ongoing effort to archive the works of Pfisterer as a collaboration between EXILE and Boris Wagner, son of the artist.
