Public Spirits

Born from a research project by Meiya Cheng, Taiwanese curator, the exhibition “Public Spirits” aims to involve artistic activities in the society and the communities of the countries of Southeast Asia, mainland China, and Taiwan.

The show is a response to the globalization affecting region interested by conflicting traditions and conflicting geopolitical interests. Each artist expresses his poetic vision or political engagement.
