The solo presentation by Gabi Hamm offers a comprehensive insight into the Frankfurt-based artist’s research in painting and ceramic. “Fictional Portrait, Various Vases” features a selection of small-format oil paintings on wood and canvas, portraying figures and landscapes. Besides them, a series of ceramics which move away from traditional vases, composed from the assembling of fragments of clay vessels, to form new surreal-looking objects.
