Valérie Favre: Make Up

Galerie Peter Kilchmann presents the secondo solo exhibition by the Berlin based artist Valérie Favre and titled “Make Up”. The show features a new body of paintings, as the curator Katrin Dillkofer stated : “If you take a look at the variations of her portraits, it is possible to notice that one from each image looks the same shape, but not the same being: sometimes the light/dark contrast is strong and leaves an angular, androgynous face with piercing eyes.”
