June Art Fair Basel 2025
June is an international art fair and exhibition platform held annually since 2019.
Established by galleries as an alternative to the conventional art fair format, June adopts an open model and is defined by a highly selective, intergenerational group of participants. Dialogue and collaboration are actively encouraged.
Located a short walk from Messeplatz, the fair takes place in an iconic concrete bunker repurposed into a gallery space by the Pritzker Prize-winning architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron. Its modest scale and convenient location—within close proximity to both Messeplatz and Art Basel—make it a key destination during Basel Art Week.
Adjacent to the fair, the Landhof Community Garden reflects its independent, alternative, and community-oriented ethos. The garden offers a space for tranquillity and respite during a busy week, bringing together high-quality artistic presentations and the surrounding natural environment to create a distinctive and memorable experience.
