The Solo Project 2017

The-solo-project celebrates its tenth anniversary at a new venue. The property Zu den Hirzen, near to Messe Basel, offers a special space to expand the program significantly to become an event platform.

The centerpiece will still be the fair with its 40 to 50 galleries. They will literally place their 1500 sqm tent in the garden of the estate.

The villa, its park and a glass pavilion beg to try new things. That’s why the-solo-project 2017-edition offers not only high-profile art but also talks, concerts, a daily breakfast and evening events as well as a shop. A externally curated show will transform the brick villa into a temporary art space and the park will become an open-air art event — best en-joyed with a drink in your hand.
