Frieze Masters 2018

Regent's Park, The Regent’s Park

Frieze Masters 2018 in its seventh from 5–7 October (Preview Days 3-4 October) spans six millennia of art history from across the world, with a heavy representation of Old Master galleries and Asian specialists this year; enhanced by curated sections showcasing extraordinary objects and pioneers of the avant-garde. More than 130 international galleries showcase artworks from Old Masters and antiquities, to tribal and 20th-century art. Curators from worldclass institutions have advised on gallery sections and programmes in a contemporary environment designed by Annabelle Selldorf.

The 2018 programme is put together by international curators. Toby Kamps (Blaffer Art Museum, University of Houston) has curated Spotlight, solo presentations by revolutionary figures of the avant-garde; Sir Norman Rosenthal (independent curator), with the Collections section featuring a new array of specialist dealers with extraordinary art and objects. Tim Marlow (Royal Academy of Arts, London) oversees the daily Frieze Masters Talks programme.
