Art Basel in Miami Beach 2016

The fifteenth edition of Art Basel Miami Beach happens at the beginning of December 2016. Over the years, the fair programme has been enriched with sections such as film, outdoor sculpture, curated shows, etc.

269 international galleries bring to town works from all over the world, attracting 70,000 visitors each year. Miami, with its beaches, the Art Deco district and world renown art museums as well as its exciting nightlife, positions itself among the USA’s most iconic cities.

During the fair, local galleries and museums display special exhibitions across the city, transforming the week into a dense and dynamic cultural event. Large‐scale installations, film and performance become part of the architecture at nearby beaches, Collins Park and SoundScape Park
