miart 2016: Awards&Juries

The miart 2016 edition sees the growth of Awards and Funds of acquisitions in collaboration with institutional partners.
Next to Fund Acquisition Giampiero Cantoni Fiera Milano Foundation, the Emergent Prize and the Premio Rotary Club Milano Brera for contemporary art and young artists, there is also Herno Prize, which will award the stand with the best exhibition project, designed, set up and edited in all the details like an exhibition, and combined with high research components, quality and accuracy of the exhibition organization design.

Fondo di Acquisizione Fondazione Fiera Milano “Giampiero Cantoni”:
Acquisition fund for works of modern and contemporary art that will form the Fondazione Fiera Milano collection .

The Emergent Prize is intended to best stand of the Emergent section.

Rotary Club Milano Brera award for Art:
The eighth edition of the prize consists of the acquisition of a work by a young artist who will then be donated to the setting up MAC, Museum of Contemporary Art in Milan.

Christian Marinotti, Publisher, Professor of Contemporary Art History at the Faculty of Architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan and creator of this award

Herno award:
The Herno Prize , born of a collaboration between miart and Herno SpA , will be awarded to the stand with the best exhibition project , designed , set up and taken care of all the details like an exhibition , and combines high research components , quality and accuracy of the design allestitivo .
