Art Basel Paris 2026 – Public Programme

Avenue Winston Churchill

Art Basel Paris’s Public Programme returns for its fifth edition in partnership with leading Parisian institutions, with Miu Miu as Public Programme Official Partner. The initiative features monumental installations and major artistic projects presented in the Grand Palais area and other key historical venues.

Alice Diop: Geste de Consolation

In this exhibition presented by Miu Miu at Palais d’Iéna on view October 21 – 25, Diop extends her cinematic vision beyond the screen, bringing different disciplines together in a spatial montage of encounters and emotions. Across four interconnected spaces, the project becomes a chorus of creativity, consolation and healing, exploring the representation of Black women and the ways in which the gaze continues to shape the present.

Tracey Emin: I lay here for you (2018), I Followed You to the End (2024), and I Will Not Be Alone (2025)

From October 14th to November 1st, White Cube presents Tracey Emin’s exhibition at Parvis des Droits-del’Homme – Cité de l’architecture et du patrimoine. Tracing a progression from prone to kneeling to seated forms, three monumental bronze sculptures explore the female body as a site of vulnerability, endurance, and transformation.

Kennedy Yanko

Combining salvaged metal with flexible skins of poured acrylic paint, Yanko’s new body of sculptures presented at Cité de l’architecture et du patrimoine from October 16th to January 3rd reveals unexpected connections between contemporary practice and the architectural history of their setting.

Kutluğ Ataman: Küba (2004)

A 40-screen video installation set within the Chapelle des Petits Augustins des Beaux-Arts de Paris, featuring testimonies from residents of a former informal settlement on the outskirts of Istanbul, examines identity, community, migration and belonging. The work is on view October 20–25.

Cosima von Bonin: The Dollys & The Beaux (2026)

Plush sea creatures and canines enter into dialogue with the Petit Palais’s architectural and historical context, inviting visitors to move among them as if in a shared room from October 20 to 25.

Boz Deseo Garden: Celia, or the Misfortunes of Virtue (2026)

A pair of tall, narrow steel sculptures installed along one of the park’s pathways of the Jardin de la Nouvelle-France continues the artist’s research into how the legacy of slavery shapes systems of representation, memory and public space. The sculptures are on view October 20–25.

Lionel Sabatté: Champs d’Oiseaux (2026)

A group of bronze birds, perched on tall columns and clustered together, appears to pause in mid-migration, creating a fragile sense of balance between stillness and movement, ground and sky. The sculptures are located in Square Jean Perrin from October 20 to 25.

Robert Indiana: LOVE Wall (1966–2006)

A monumental Cor-Ten steel sculpture composed of four stacked LOVE forms transforms one of Indiana’s most recognisable images into an architectonic structure that can be encountered from multiple perspectives, from October 20 to 25 at Place Clemenceau.

Avenue Winston-Churchill

Connecting the Petit Palais and the Grand Palais, the Avenue Winston-Churchill allows visitors to encounter, from October 20 to 25, major projects exploring questions of transformation, memory, urban life, cultural identity, and the shifting relationship between monumentality and fragility.
