Fiac 2021
Running 21 to 24 October 2021 in Paris, FIAC hosts and brings together modern and contemporary art galleries in the space of the Grand Palais. The fair is dedicated to major established galleries while the emerging generation finds its position in Lafayette Sector.
The FIAC is an opportunity for the public to discover the latest developments in contemporary art, through works by some of the most famous artists in the world represented by renowned art galleries from all over the world, and all media are represented from painting to performance and digital arts.

During FIAC, the Grand Palais will not be the only place to find art and events but also museums and cultural institutions throughout the city offer a wide range of exhibitions. On the Thursday of the fair, numerous galleries participate in Gallery Night, offering openings, encounters with artists, book signings, along art and design exhibitions.
In addition, there will be two artistic programs taking place in the city: Hors Les Murs and Parades For Fiac.
Hors Les Murs is an open-air art exhibition where sculptures and installations will be presented to the widest possible audience in emblematic public spaces in the city. Artists are invited to create a work of art that opens a dialogue with the following heritage sites of the city: Place Vendôme which hosts the sculpture “Flying Dragons” by Alexandre Calder, the Musée national Eugène Delacroix which displays an exhibition by Jean Claracq and Jardin des Tuileries some twenty works of art are displayed in different spaces of the garden.
Parade for FIAC is a festival dedicated to performative practices that takes place in different institutions in Paris such as the Centre Pompidou, the Bourse de Commerce, etc. The program includes music, poetry, contemporary dance, theatre, and performances with the work of artists such as Matthew Barney, Ayaka Nakama, and Martha Wilson, among others.
