Illy Sustain Art

This prize was founded in 2007 with the aim of giving exposure to new talents in the world of contemporary art in developing countries. Amongst its initiatives it offers the Illy Prize via contemporary art exhibitions and fairs such as Arco in Spain, Art Brussels in Belgium, Art Rotterdam in the Low Countries, Artissima in Italy and, since 2012, SP-Arte.

During the SP-Arte Fair a panel of judges chooses an artist represented by the galleries that are taking part in the event, and s/he is awarded a prize of 20 thousand Brazilian reais.

ICCO/SP-Arte

SP-Arte and ICCo – Instituto de Cultura Contemporânea grant an artist residency to two artists represented by galleries taking part in the Fair. It is part of an effort of SP-Arte to promote the circulation of agents in the field of Arts.
