From Friday, Nov. 4 to Sunday, Nov. 6, 2022, the spaces of Turin’s Oval will host the art fair Artissima with its four established sections:

- Art Spaces & Editions hosts galleries specializing in artists’ editions and multiples, bookstores, project spaces and nonprofit spaces, with 9 exhibitors.
and its three curated sections-Drawings, Present Future and Back to the Future-with the participation of 174 Italian and international including 35 monographic projects. The galleries at Artissima 2022 come from 28 countries and 4 continents.
The theme chosen for the edition of Artissima 2022 is “Transformative Experience“, a concept developed by the American philosopher L. A. Paul that indicates a transformative experience capable of radically changing the person who experiences it, undermining his or her rationally prefigured expectations and opening up perspectives into the unknown.
Intesa Sanpaolo, main partner of the fair for the third year, presents an artist film and video project conceived and produced in dialogue with Gallerie d’Italia – Turin, which will be the host venue. The museum’s immersive room will host “Collective Individuals,” a review of video works, many of them presented for the first time in Italy, by artists represented by the galleries participating in Artissima, and curated by Leonardo Bigazzi.
