Sandì
Located in the Città Studi area, Sandì is a place where lunch is elevated into an experience of light, plant-forward cuisine. Housed in a 1950s building, it was thoughtfully renovated with a minimalist design: the décor features soft, light colors, terrazzo floors, and 1970s chairs, creating an inviting and subtle atmosphere.
Sandì’s menu is rooted in the concept of simplicity and natural flavours, with a focus on plant-based dishes that highlight the potential of vegetables. However, it doesn’t shy away from the occasional inclusion of animal proteins, sourced carefully and processed in-house when available. The cuisine is a joyful and natural exploration of tastes, influenced by chef Santosuosso’s Emilia-Romagna roots and her past experiences working at iconic Milanese spots like Erba Brusca and Ratanà, as well as in Parisian bistros.
