Dandelion is a contemporary neo-bistro in Paris’s 20th arrondissement, opened in 2024 by chef Antoine Villard and Morgane Souris. Its concise, seasonal menu revisits classic French cooking through refined, inventive dishes built around carefully sourced produce and balanced flavours. A thoughtfully curated selection of natural wines complements the food. Raw concrete walls and a minimalist interior give the space a contemporary feel, while retaining the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere of a neighbourhood bistro.
