Fermento
The owners of “Fermento” are the Cobbe brothers, originally from Taranto, who have long been close to the social and cultural movements of the Bolognina district. Together with a long-standing friend, they have created what has quickly become the best-known bar in the area, offering a choice of craft beers, wines and more or less classic cocktails. As good Apulians, of course, they don’t miss the friselle and taralli, accompanied by Pasquini’s “very Bolognese” cold cuts.
