This bakery combines inventive but methodical minds to create a naturally gluten-free bakery in Paris. Run by Nathaniel Doboin and Thomas Teffri-Chambelland the bakery is located in the heart of the old Popincourt village area of Paris, in a 70 m2 shop designed by two architects, Emir Drahsan and Beste Kuscu.
