Located in a quiet corner of Turin’s San Salvario district, Orso Laboratorio del Caffè is a specialty-coffee lab that transforms each visit into a sensory journey. Since its founding in 2014, the café has focused on single-origin coffees, diverse brewing methods (AeroPress, Chemex, syphon) and educating customers about origin, roast and flavor.
