Tucked away in a quiet corner of Turin’s San Salvario district, Orso Laboratorio del Caffè is a speciality coffee laboratory where every visit becomes a sensory exploration. Since opening in 2014, it has focused on single-origin coffees, a variety of brewing methods, including AeroPress, Chemex and Syphon, and helping customers discover the nuances of coffee through its origins, roasting profiles and flavour.
