Guero

Guero is a Mexican-inspired cocktail bar in central Bologna, created by longtime hospitality figures Alberto Andriolli and Daniele Rumori. The name nods both to the Mexican term for light-skinned foreigners and to Beck’s album, reflecting the venue’s mix of musical culture and deep enthusiasm for agave spirits.

The back bar is extensive, with over 200 bottles spanning tequila, mezcal, rum, and other spirits from across South America and beyond. Cocktails place agave front and center—alongside classics and aperitivo staples – while the food offering keeps things casual with tacos, burritos, huevos rancheros, and Mexican-style sandwiches. Informal and character-driven, Guero works equally well for drinks or a relaxed bite, anchored by strong flavors and a clear Latin American focus.
