L’ora d’aria

The formula chosen by Michele Crini, Alessandro Boggia and Daniele Di Gennaro is all in the phrase “drink less, drink better”, which in Bologna is by no means a cliché. L’ora d’aria is a cocktail bar and restaurant: lovers of good drinks, they also love good food and combine high-level mixology with simple cuisine (tortelloni with butter and sage, tagliatelle with meat sauce, lentil soups, etc.).
