Outline

Located in the gastronomic heart of Roma Norte, Outline is an innovative space offering barrel-aged cocktails, comforting food, and contemporary wines, all accompanied by soulful music and a modern urban design.

Opened by well known restaurateur Walter Meyenberg and bar experts Maura and Alex Lawrence Milia, Outline specialises in draft cocktails and small bites, with the capacity to accommodate 150 guests. They partnered with Mexican streetwear designer Tony Delfino on everything, from the menu design to the staff uniforms, to give the space a distinct look and feel. The menu features diner-style dishes from both the United States and Mexico, like tacos, hotdogs, and burgers.
