Caché sits down a cobblestone dead-end in the 20th, inside a converted former printworks. Lorenza Lenzi and Gianpaolo Polverino opened it in 2018, having come to restaurants via catering after careers in fashion and advertising. Chef Sylvain Roucayrol runs a Mediterranean, fish-forward menu built for sharing. The room sets 1920s speakeasy details – velvet, brass, cane – against the building’s original industrial glass roof. It doubles as a cocktail bar in the evening and serves brunch on weekends.
