The 19th-century residential building has been reimagined by Ambrosi | Etchegaray’s architectural project as a modern marketplace on the ground floor, with custom details preserving and enhancing the splendour of the original building.

The property is a reinterpretation of the traditional Mexican patio-centric house, with a central open space and rooftop pool and bar-restaurant serving as gathering spaces for the community, and private patios leading to guest rooms.

The sophisticated boutique hotel, located on the second and third floors, is both essential and luxurious. Minimal room interiors place an emphasis on the use of high-quality materials and privacy, with interior patios filled with natural light.
